Acting Career:
- Television Debut: Manikuttan’s acting journey began with the television series “Kayamkulam Kochunni,” which aired on Surya TV.
- Film Debut: His first film appearance was in the Malayalam movie “Boyy Friennd” (2005), directed by Vinayan.
- Notable Films: Manikuttan has acted in major movies like “Mamangam” (2019) and “Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea” (2021).

- In February 2021, Manikuttan participated in the reality game show “Bigg Boss Malayalam” hosted by Mohanlal on Asianet channel.
