Robin Radhakrishnan, born on October 26, 1990, is an Indian doctor & internet personality. He gained prominence after participating in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 4.
Early Life:
- Robin was born to S. Radhakrishnan and Beena Radhakrishnan in Thiruvananthapuram.
- He attended the International Indian School in Riyadh, followed by MGM Model School in Varkala and SN Public School in Thiruvananthapuram.
Career Highlights:
- Robin began his medical practice at GG Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram in 2015.
- He hosted an online talk show called “Chat with Doctor Machaan” on Kaumudy TV.
Bigg Boss Appearances:
- Robin participated in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 4 but was ejected due to physical violence against co-contestant Riyas Salim.
- He made history by being the only person to get ejected multiple times from the entire Bigg Boss show.
- In May 2023, he and Rajith Kumar were invited as guests to Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5. But Robin was again ejected for challenging the Bigg Boss team that, he would not allow the BB team to conduct any tasks. And he was trolled again on social media for this.
Film Production:
Robin announced a Malayalam film, “Ravanayuddham,” which he wrote and produced under his production company, DRR Film Productions. But still, this movie didn’t happen. So it is now widely considered as a publicity stunt by Robin. He also announced another film under his production company but that film also didn’t happen.

- He received the Global Youth Achievement Award in the ‘Motivational and inspiring youth’ category and the Indian Star Icon Award in 2020.

Robin was expelled from the show after reportedly assaulting another contestant, Riyas Salim. During a weekly task, he tried to snatch Riyas’ magic bottle and hit him in the face, leading to his removal from the game.
Debut Movie Controversy:
After the show, Robin announced his debut movie, but the producer revealed that the first look poster was designed by Robin himself. No official commitments were made.
Screaming During Engagement:
Robin received criticism for his signature screaming during his engagement ceremony, which led to troll videos being made against him.
Video from Children’s Home:
Robin faced backlash for publishing a video of his visit to a children’s home. Kerala government rules prohibit copying and publishing videos of children in such homes for gratuitous interests.
