Early Life and Education
Suresh Krishnan was born on May 2, 1966, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He completed his schooling at SMV High School and graduated from Mahatma Gandhi College in Thiruvananthapuram.
Career
Suresh began his career as an assistant director, working with renowned directors like Rajiv Anchal, K. Balachander, and Priyadarshan. He has assisted Priyadarshan in over 25 films, including Bollywood hits like Malamaal Weekly (2006), Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), Kanchivaram (2008), and De Dana Dan (2009).
He made his directorial debut with the Malayalam film Bharatheeyam in 1997. Some of his notable directorial works include:
- Achaneyanenikkishtam (2001)
- Vasanthamalika (2002)
- Pathinonnil Vyazham (2010)
- Nakhangal (2013)
Bigg Boss Malayalam
In 2020, Suresh Krishnan participated in the reality TV show Bigg Boss Malayalam 2, hosted by Mohanlal. He entered the house on January 5, 2020, as one of the 17 housemates and was evicted on Day 21.
Personal Life
Suresh Krishnan comes from a South Indian family. His father is M. V. Krishnan Nair, and his mother is Saraswathy Amma.
